Naomi Lemmon

Client Service Manager

Naomi grew up in Canberra and lives life to the fullest. Her more than 21 years of experience in the advertising industry has given her invaluable experience.

She has an extensive knowledge of the media, design and print production and loves working closely with clients to develop a strategy that builds their corporate voice and communicates their message.

She’s diligent, loyal and social with a fondness for cooking and entertaining.

Naomi works hard to form strong and honest relationships with clients to ensure that each and every project is a success.

Clare Flannery

Client Service Manager

 Clare is a focussed and driven marketing professional; with a love of visual communication and a proven track record of delivering communications and marketing projects across the public and private sectors. Her extensive experience in campaign management, media relations, project management, and graphic design enable her to deliver compelling communications that meet clients’ business objectives.

She has successfully applied her skills and knowledge delivering projects for the Attorney General’s Department, Westminster City Council (London), The Australian Institute of Architects and most recently for international architecture firm, dwp|suters.

A graduate of Communications, majoring in Public Relations and Marketing, Clare is an effective project manager and works tirelessly to deliver on time and to budget.

Alyson Vardos

Client Service Manager

Alyson believes you get the best out of life when you do what you love. That's why she works in the communication industry. With a Bachelor of Journalism majoring in Politics and Government, Alyson is confident and passionate about media.

She has a breadth of experience across the industry in digital and print advertising, marketing strategy, social media marketing, stakeholder communication, content production, and event and sponsorship management.

When she's not being a media whiz, Alyson is a Zumba instructor and dance teacher. She runs her own business, teaching weekly classes, and hosting, instructing and performing in shows and charity events across Canberra. She brings this zest and enthusiasm to every project to ensure they reach their goals.

Byron Little

Studio Director

As a talented designer is his own right, Byron brings over ten years of industry experience to his role as Studio Director at CRE8IVE.

He has a keen interest in digital marketing and enthusiasm for graphic design, print management, client management and staff management. He has done it all, working with local councils, state and Commonwealth Government, Not for Profits, and businesses large and small.

Byron's career started as a graphic designer at the Department of Defence. Soon, he was drawn to the big smoke at PwC in Sydney. Five years and three promotions later, Byron was an Art Director, managing three studios around Australia. Here, he discovered a natural knack for management, gaining the best from passionate people.

This drove Byron to shift permanently from being 'on the tools' to the business of design. He founded 26 Hundred – a boutique design agency based in Canberra.

Now at CRE8IVE, Byron manages new business and studio workflow. He's the reason our jobs and projects flow on time and on budget. Byron's extensive knowledge of the creative sector makes him a valuable part of our leadership team.

Outside the design studio, Byron's passions include wine and family... and sometimes a combination of the two.
