Hindmarsh engaged CRE8IVE to develop a logo and brand and visual identity for a prestige apartment development at 81 Constitution Avenue. Located in the prestigious suburb of Campbell, and within walking distance to Russell and Canberra CBD, the development offered residents contemporary living with established amenities close by.

We created a strong and clean brandmark, which reflected the premium nature and quality of the development and paired it with a striking colour palette of green and deep teal. This tied in with the prestige of living in a suburb like Campbell, and the sophisticated taste of the future residents of Iskia.

The visuals chosen aimed to position Iskia as a retreat, a place to come home to – whilst being just minutes away from the Canberra City CBD. The brand development, sales collateral design and production and market launch were completed within a three month timeframe. We worked closely with Colliers International, Hindmarsh and a number of suppliers to ensure successful completion of the project.
