Canberra Airport Group was selected by the Land Development Agency (LDA) to develop over 2,000 dwellings in the new suburb of Denman Prospect in the Molonglo Valley. Capital Estate Developments engaged CRE8IVE to develop the branding to deliver this progressive and contemporary suburb.

CRE8IVE developed the visual identity and messaging to promote the creation of one of the best suburbs we’ll ever see in Canberra; a community with unrivalled amenity and thoughtful design. A sales brochure was created, reflecting the prestige and value of the land parcel, focusing on the land sales unique offerings.

In addition to the brochure, we designed a range of other supporting sales collateral, which included auction brochures, building and siting guidelines, an e‑flyer and website.
