To rejuvenate Australia’s airport workforce post-pandemic, the Australian Airports Association (AAA) partnered with CRE8IVE to launch a campaign that would spark interest in airport careers. Through aspirational storytelling, a dynamic website and seamless job portal integration, the project empowered individuals to explore rewarding opportunities in this vital sector.
COVID-19 caused significant workforce disruptions across Australia’s airports. AAA asked CRE8IVE for help to revitalise the industry’s appeal and inspire individuals to consider careers in airports – from local aerodromes to major international gateways, amidst a competitive job market.

CRE8IVE devised a campaign centred on aspirational storytelling, real-life employee stories and the engaging slogan “Prepare to Take Off.” A dedicated website would be built to provide resources and present attractive airport careers, all integrated with job portals to create a seamless pathway for prospective applicants.



Our team of designers and programmers created a user-friendly website that incorporated aspirational imagery, employee stories and integrated third-party job portals to streamline the job search process. Targeted marketing efforts were launched to connect potential applicants with airport career opportunities across the country.

The campaign repositioned airport careers as aspirational and accessible, connecting job seekers with real opportunities and equipping AAA with a dynamic platform for ongoing workforce rejuvenation.



The campaign gave AAA lasting digital assets, including a resource-rich website and integrated job search capabilities, providing the tools to sustain engagement with the job market for years to come.
