Free TV Australia partnered with CRE8IVE to modernise its outdated brand and Commercials Advice Division (CAD). The dual project aimed to reposition Free TV as a contemporary player in entertainment while transforming CAD into ClearAds, a streamlined and customer-focused service. Through creativity and strategy, CRE8IVE delivered vibrant, future-ready identities for both brands.

Free TV Australia’s brand and website no longer reflected its vital role in the modern entertainment world. At the same time, CAD required a rebrand to simplify its ad approval services, making them faster and customer-centric. CRE8IVE was tasked with solving both challenges while ensuring the brands complemented each other.

CRE8IVE approached the rebrand through collaboration and research. Workshops uncovered client goals, driving the creation of distinct yet cohesive identities for Free TV and CAD. For Free TV, the focus was on relevance and community impact; for CAD, the strategy was simplicity, trust and customer focus.

CRE8IVE applied insights from workshops and research to guide the design process, focusing on creating concepts that aligned with each brand’s goals. We experimented with visuals, tested ideas, and refined elements to ensure the designs were both functional and impactful while addressing the unique challenges of Free TV and CAD.

CRE8IVE rebranded Free TV with a clean and sleek, new identity and user-friendly website, highlighting relevance and community impact. CAD transformed into ClearAds, featuring a playful logo inspired by TV colour bars, a streamlined website and comprehensive collateral to modernise its offerings.

CRE8IVE’s work ensures Free TV and ClearAds remain relevant and future-focused. Both brands now serve their audiences better, with modern identities that reflect their evolving roles in the media landscape.
